On a trip to Penang last November 2010, a great host took my friends and I to a nice restaurant called something like "Ipoh Corner" after church. It's located in a food court area at China Town. When the nature called, I was welcomed by this cute and entertaining sign in front of the toilet.
"I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. The hired hand is not the shepherd who owns the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it. The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep. I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. He will come in and go out, and find pasture." - Jesus Christ
I don't belong to this mortal world. I am only a sojourner, more precisely a pilgrim of the narrow road. For I brought nothing into this world and nothing from this world will I bring with me into eternity. Now, I live my life as a sojourner and a pilgrim with a new paradigm. Seeing and experiencing things with a new perspective. While pursuing eternal values, finding just enough light for every step I am on.
That light enlightens my paths faithfully.
